KIPP Bold City High School under lockdown as JSO investigates threat; all students, staff safe

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating a threat involving KIPP Bold City High School, a KIPP spokesperson said.Officials said all students and staff are safe but out of caution, KIPP VOICE Academy, KIPP Bessie Coleman Academy, and KIPP Bold City High School are under lockdown while JSO investigates.Students can be seen standing on the school’s football field.People are asked to not come to the campuses and families will be notified when JSO clears the situation and shares more information.
