A federal jury has found a Lake City woman guilty on all 13 counts in a fraud scheme that targeted minority business owners and stole nearly $3 million.Treashonna P. Graham, 42, was convicted of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, multiple counts of wire fraud and money laundering following a federal trial in Jacksonville. She faces up to 20 years in prison for the conspiracy and each wire fraud offense, and up to 10 years for each money laundering count. Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 19, 2027.How the scheme workedAccording to court records, Graham and co-defendant Joey Williams created a company called Grant Bae, which claimed to help minority business owners secure government grants. Graham charged clients fees and told them the company was actively working to obtain grant money on their behalf.Evidence presented at trial showed Graham never hired outside companies to locate or obtain grants, nor did she help write any grant applications for her clients.
